Bachert

In 1748 Kasper Bachert started a bronze foundry in Dalau/Baden. His grand son Adam Bachert started the manufacturing of bronze fire pumps in 1827.
Bachert grew to one of the leading manufacturers of fire trucks and fire equipment in Germany.

In 1988 the company went bankrupt.
